Administrative Responsibilities
- Develops District-wide vision for curriculum and instruction and leads its implementation
- Oversees supervision and evaluation of faculty
- Coordinates faculty professional development
- Oversees student testing
- Oversees a variety of special projects including Instructional Growth Grants and fund distribution, new course proposals, teacher-developed Projects of Excellence, student teaching and observation, and textbook adoption
- Coordinates research and leads committee work to support strategic plan initiatives including Characteristics of a New Trier Graduate, New Trier Civil Discourse and Critical Thinking Statement, Human-Centered Design partnership with University of Illinois Siebel Center for Design, and future programming
